About Me & My Experience

I’m Ebru Gülpınar — a dedicated yoga and meditation facilitator on a lifelong journey of self-discovery, healing, and sharing my knowledge with kindness and love.
My yoga journey began in 2002 in Ankara. Over the years, I became a devoted yoga practitioner, attending numerous classes, courses, workshops and self-studies. Yoga gradually became more than a personal practice; it turned into a calling to guide others on their own paths of awareness and well-being.
In 2013, I followed that calling to India, where I deepened my studies at Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences & Research in Indore, India with my guru Dr. Omanand Guruji.
I completed Yoga Teacher Training, Basic Yoga Therapy, and Basic Ayurveda programs, accredited by Yoga Alliance.
My passion for exploring the therapeutic side of yoga led me to continue my studies. In 2020, I completed the 200-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Zeynep Aksoy Reset, and in 2024, I completed her Facia Yoga Teacher Training as well.
As a deep spiritual person, my practice is deeply enriched by a lifelong journey into the profound wisdom of various healing traditions. My path has also led me to Vipassana retreats, explore the vibrant depths of Ancient South American healing paths, sacred plant medicine wisdom, where I learned their connection to nature and spirit. Still, I am researching and learning TAO teachings, Qigong and Chinese Medicine. This informs my understanding of energy flow and holistic well-being, bringing a unique perspective to my yoga teachings. For me, yoga is more than just physical postures; it's a dedicated spiritual journey—a way to delve into the deeper meanings of life and connect with the subtle energies of other realms. I am committed to guiding students not just through movement, but into a more expansive understanding of themselves and their place in the universe.
Throughout this journey, I’ve stayed committed to both my personal practice and sharing my experience with others. I believe yoga is not only a path to physical health but also a gateway to self-awareness, presence, and deep inner connection.
I invite you to join me on this path — to reconnect with your body and soul, calm your mind, and rediscover your true self.
Yoga is a means of balancing and harmonizing the mind, body and emotions.
